CONTEST RULES

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. All federal, state, local, and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. The Halloween Dog Costume Contest ("Contest") is open to subscribed members of Fido Fly newsletter who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees of Zenly LLC are not eligible to enter or win the Contest. The Sponsor ("Sponsor") of the Contest is Zenly LLC.

Participation in the Contest by a subscriber of Fido Fly newsletter constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Contest Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding. Entrant must be compliant with all Contest Rules to win. A submission includes a single picture of the entrant's dog(s) in costume. One (1) entry per person, per email address and per household, during the duration of Contest period of September 27 2024, through October 22, 2024.  Submissions must clearly show the entrant's dog(s) in a costume. Submissions before or after the Contest period are not eligible to win. Submissions shall be subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Sponsor has the right to reject submissions for any reason including, but not limited to, political characterizations, violence, and so on.

To enter, submit one (1) photo to Zenly LLC during the Contest period using the form provided. By submitting the photo and entering the Contest, entrant agrees that Zenly LLC has the right to use the photograph in any or all marketing or digital products, at any time, including but not limited to the Fido Fly newsletter and thezenly.com website. All entries become the property of the sponsor. By entering the Contest, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and Sponsor's affiliates, subsidiaries, and any other companies associated with the Contest, and each of their respective employees, shareholders, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of the prize, including but not limited to technical errors associated with the Contest, electronic or typographical errors, unauthorized human intervention in the Contest, lost, late, undelivered, stolen, or delayed prize or any other errors or problems in connection with the Contest. 

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected to the Contest or prize awarded shall be resolved by the appropriate court in or near San Diego, California. 

Any attempt by any individual to tamper with thezenly.com website and accompanying sites or otherwise disrupt the Contest in violation of the Contest Rules or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest shall be disqualified and may be a violation of civil or criminal law. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages, including attorney's fees, and any other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law against such individual.

Only one vote per email address or household is permitted for a photograph for the duration of the Contest. Multiple votes for a photo from the same email or household will not be counted, On or about October 23, 2024, Sponsor will select the winning photograph as determined by the highest number of votes for said photograph on thezenly.com website for Contest. In the event of a tie, Sponsor will open the voting period on or about October 23, 2024, to October 25, 2024. At the close of said time, Sponsor will determine the winner by the highest number of votes per photograph. If a tie remains, Sponsor will select the winning photograph that achieved the number of votes first. 

The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner by winner's email address on or about October 23, 2024. If the potential winner does not respond within five (5) days after Sponsor notified the winner, Sponsor may select another winner. The prize to the individual with the highest votes for their dog's costume photograph in accordance with the Contest Rules is a thirty dollar ($30.00) Amazon gift card. Sponsor reserves the right to adjust the prize if circumstances dictate.
